4 more chances
Well, this morning I was actually awake at 5am, and all set to go out and hurt a little, then I heard the rain hitting the window and the wind blowing, so needless to say, I didn’t go run this morning. I guess that’s ok though, I have 4 more chances to hit 3 runs this week.
I’m planning on running about 1.25 miles each of the 3 days, but we’ll see how I feel once I get out there. The last thing I want to do is push to hard early on, I’m getting too old for that and I figure I’m probably running out of chances to get out there and do this thing right.
